Centaur Cycles - c1910
A shield-shaped single-sided, two-colour advertising sign. In good condition save for two areas of damage and rusting around the edge. 18 x 24-inches (46 x 62cm).
The Centaur company was founded in 1876 by George Gilbert and Edward Mushing. When Mushing died in 1910 Humber acquired the business and in 1915 removed the Centaur name from their catalogue.
